My Story

I grew up on a farm in a small town in Iowa. It was a great way to grow up but I knew that taking over the family farm wasn’t what I wanted for my life.

I ended up moving to Omaha, Nebraska going to college and finding a job that became a career at America’s Largest Home Furnishing Store.

After spending a few years in sales, while completing my Marketing Degree, I joined the eCommerce team as the third employee. Over the next 10+ years we grew a 7 figure eCommerce site to 9 figures.

Having always dreamed of starting my own business, in 2019 I decided to put my eCommerce knoweledge to work helping small businesses create professional websites that convert. Since launching HG Site Design I have been consistently busy doing just that.
